Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of the Pallet platform, including the marketplace, deal rooms, escrow-protected payments, and logistics coordination. By creating an account you agree to transact in good faith, provide accurate business information, and honor offers made through the platform, which are binding for 48 hours.

Pallet acts as a neutral venue and transaction layer between independent buyers and sellers. Listing is free; a platform fee applies to sellers only when a deal completes.

Privacy Policy

We collect business and contact information to operate the network: verification details (including resale certificates and trade references), transaction records, and platform activity. We do not sell personal information. Contact details shared inside messages are redacted until escrow is funded to protect both parties.

Community Drops preview terms

Community Drops are currently presented as a product preview. Before live consumer transactions open, Pallet will publish counsel-reviewed purchase, privacy, cancellation, returns, and payment-authorization terms. The intended customer experience is:

  1. Before a drop unlocks, a claim saves a payment method with explicit consent but does not capture the merchandise charge. Claims can be cancelled while the drop is still below its minimum.
  2. When the stated minimum is reached, confirmed orders charge for the item total, disclosed shipping, and applicable tax. A two-hour cancellation window applies before fulfillment locks.
  3. If a drop ends below its minimum, claims expire automatically without a merchandise charge. Short, damaged, counterfeit, or materially misdescribed items remain eligible for replacement or refund.
  4. Category-specific return windows and final-sale status are shown on each drop before checkout.

Seller Agreement

  1. Every listed lot must be accurately manifested, line-item detail, condition, and quantities.
  2. Channel controls you set are enforced contractually against the buyer of record.
  3. Payouts release after delivery confirmation, via your verified payout method.
  4. Misrepresented lots may be returned at the seller's expense and can result in removal from the network.

Buyer Agreement

  1. A valid resale certificate is required to transact; verification precedes marketplace access.
  2. Offers are binding for 48 hours; accepted offers proceed to escrow funding.
  3. Channel restrictions attached to a lot are binding on resale, including marketplace blocks and regional limits.
  4. Inventory disputes must be raised within 5 business days of delivery for escrow protection to apply.
